Hailing from West Virginia’s Northern Panhandle, Alanna Lynch proudly captured the crown of Miss West Virginia USA 2026 on June 13, 2026, at the West Virginia Culture Center in Charleston. Representing Miss West Liberty USA, Alanna impressed the judges with her intelligence, composure, strength, and authentic connection with others.
A proud United States Air Force veteran and third-generation farmer, Alanna’s life reflects her deep commitment to service, hard work, and her West Virginia roots. She currently works as a therapeutic aide, supporting individuals through compassionate and meaningful care.
Alanna earned a Master of Arts in Communication from Liberty University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. She previously received her Bachelor of Science in Broadcasting from West Liberty University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
At the state competition, Alanna tied for the highest preliminary score in Interview and earned the top scores in Swimsuit and Evening Gown during both the preliminary and final competitions. Her well-rounded performance ultimately earned her the title of Miss West Virginia USA.
Service remains an important part of Alanna’s life. She has volunteered with organizations including the Wheeling Soup Kitchen, Catholic Charities West Virginia, 412 Food Rescue, and programs involving equestrian therapy and Night to Shine. Through these experiences, she has witnessed the impact that compassion, consistency, and personal connection can have within a community.
Alanna proudly represented the Mountain State on the national stage at the 75th Miss USA Pageant in Miami, Florida, delivering an outstanding performance and representing West Virginia with confidence and grace.
Beyond pageantry, Alanna enjoys farming, horseback riding, community service, and remaining connected to the people and traditions that shaped her. As Miss West Virginia USA, she hopes to use her year to honor veterans, serve communities throughout the state, and demonstrate that strength and compassion are most powerful when they are used together.
