MISS WEST VIRGINIA TEEN USA® 2008
Micah Michael of Morgantown was crowned the 2008 Miss West Virginia Teen USA. Micah is the 17 year old daughter of Charlotte Michael and Eric McGuire. Micah is a junior at Morgantown High School. She enjoys aerobics, running, dancing and shopping. Her ambition is to pursue a degree in broadcasting and become a radio or television personality. Micah was awarded the position of first chair flute player for Morgantown High School.
Crowned by Miss West Virginia Teen USA 2007, Chelsea Welch, Micah will represent the Mountain State at the annual MISS TEEN USA Pageant.
The balance of the “Top 5” were: First Runner-up, Lena Huynh of Vienna; Second Runner-up, Kaitlin Gates of Bridgeport; Third Runner-up, Miranda Jo Ferrari of Bridgeport; Fourth Runner-up, Brigitte Morris of South Charleston. The Semi-Finalists were: Ally Grace Brandfass of Morgantown; Sarah Elizabeth Thorne of Moorefield; Kayla Anne May of Franklin; Meghan Cea Daniels of Matewan; Alysia Marie Thompson of Ripley; Adrianna Jazz Lindsay of Bridgeport; Jessica Ann Bostic of Summersville.
Micah Michael was also named Miss Photogenic and Sarah Thorne was voted Miss Congeniality by her fellow contestants.
